Delivery and Returns

Delivery
We currently despatch ONLY to UK Postal addresses using Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

POST / Packing: The postal price may include a contribution to packing materials. Depending on the item, we may send packages using Royal Mail Signed for. You need to be in a position to receive the delivery or collect from the Post Office.

Where postage is charged you can choose to have items sent First or Second Class. This allows for goods up to a weight of 2Kg sent as a Small Parcel. Where delivery is inclusive, we’ll choose the most appropriate method for delivery – Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Please note that the postal rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of most items can be found under Additional Information. The charges applied may also include an element for Packing in addition to actual postal costs. The Dimensions refer to the external package size, not the product.

Returns Policy

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods which will be replaced or refunded.

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return most goods (excludes perishable or personalised items)  within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return post cost of the return.

You may inspect the items as if you were in the actual shop. However, whilst you decide whether or not to keep the goods, you do have a duty to take reasonable care of them. Therefore, you must not damage the items during inspection (this includes the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, gift items). Returned goods should be unopened and unused and, if not returned in the original packaging, in adequate packaging to ensure its undamaged return.

By opening and using the goods you have deemed them to be acceptable and may only return them if faulty. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of posting the package via Royal Mail, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and depending on your payment method, the time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Returns Procedure

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

LOST POST: An item is classed as lost by Royal Mail after 15 working days. Should an item not arrive we will refund in full and handle claims for compensation.

POSTAL DAMAGE: If an item arrives damaged please advise us immediately and retain packaging. It may help if you can photograph the package as received.
